Carol's client base is primarily from among local residents who are professionals in the fields of law, finance, commerce, technology and real estate. Although her sales have been mostly focused in the high end market, she has recently had the privilege of helping the children of clients and friends purchase their first home, a challenge she finds most rewarding. The Mid-Peninsula is the geographical area where Carol works with a preponderance of activity in Menlo-Atherton, Palo Alto, Woodside and Portola Valley.

Philanthropy

Giving back to the community is one of Carol's core values. In addition to Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity, education and the arts have been the primary focus of her interests. She contributes annually to the local public school foundations, is a long time supporter of the East Palo Alto Tennis Tutorial, helps raise funds for Vision of Hope and has identified Cornell University, where she serves as Trustee Emerita, as a major beneficiary. In the arts, she supports the Peninsula-based "TheatreWorks", the San Francisco Opera and the San Francisco Ballet.
